Late Pick-Up Policy

Regular Dismissal (Elementary)

• Dismissal ends at 2:50 p.m.
• After 2:50 p.m., all elementary students will be escorted to the high school classrooms and automatically registered in the after-school program.
• Parents arriving after this time must pick up their child(ren) using the front door of the school.
• Late Fee: Arriving after 2:50 p.m. without prior notice/valid reason incurs a $10/child fee.

Automatic Transition to After-School Program

• If a student is not picked up by 3:15 p.m., they will automatically be signed into the after-school program.
• Parents will be billed for:
  1. $10 late fee (for arriving after 2:50 p.m.)
  2. After-school program fee of $10

  Total: $20/child with the late fee.

After-School Program

• Days: Monday through Thursday
• Hours: Until 5:00 p.m.
• Fee: $10/day
• Late Fee: After 5:05 p.m., a fee of $10 for every 10 minutes will be charged.
• Snack Time: Healthy snacks are provided to keep your child energized.
• Homework Assistance: Individualized support to ensure homework completion.
• Tutoring: Personalized tutoring tailored to student needs.
• Enriching Activities: Fun, creative, and educational activities.

Communication

Parents must contact the after-school supervisor if delayed due to extraordinary circumstances (e.g., traffic accident). This will be considered before fees are applied.

Time Stamping

Staff record the exact time a child leaves the school to ensure fairness in billing. Parents must initial the attendance sheet at pick-up.
