A year to rebuild
An Update from Faith Christian Academy
To our FCA families, friends, alumni, churches, and the entire community that has stood beside us: thank you.
Over these past weeks, we have been deeply touched by the incredible outpouring of love and support for Faith Christian Academy. Your prayers, letters, messages, financial support, encouragement, and willingness to stand with our school have meant more to us than we could ever adequately express.
FCA is not FCA without its community. Our school has always been more than a building or a classroom. It is the students who fill our halls, the families who entrust us with their children, the teachers and staff who pour their hearts into their work, and the community that surrounds us in both the joyful and difficult seasons.
Unfortunately, FCA will be taking a gap year for the 2026–2027 school year as we focus our efforts on rebuilding and preparing to come back stronger.
While this is not the year we had hoped or prayed for, we remain committed to the future of FCA. This time will be used intentionally to rebuild, strengthen our foundations, and work toward welcoming our students and families home again.
Most importantly, our hearts remain with our students as they transition into their new schools and learning environments. We are praying for each one of you. Our teachers and administration remain ready to support our students and families however we can throughout this transition. Once an FCA student, always part of the FCA family.
To everyone who prayed, wrote letters, advocated for us, donated, encouraged us, and reminded us why this school is worth fighting for: thank you. Please know that without this support, we would not have been able to rebuild and continue; instead, we would have had to close our doors completely.
We love you all. We could never fully express how touched and humbled we are by the way this community has surrounded FCA.
This is not goodbye. It is a year to rebuild.
